Frequently asked

Do you offer destination photography services?

Yes we do provide destination photography services. But it needs to be booked at least 90 days prior to the wedding and travel + accomodation expense should be covered surplus of the quote given. Currently we only cover destination within the UK only.

Can i order prints or albums through you?

Yes you can get albums or prints from us on a lower price than usual high street prices. You can send in the selection of photos for albums or prints with the details on our email and we’ll get back to you with the quote. 

what is your cancellation policy?

You need to cancel the booking at least 60 days prior to the event to get your 100% deposit back. Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations after 60 days notice period has passed.

when do we need to settle your invoice?

You need to settle the complete invoice at least a week before the event date. Your due date will also be mentioned on your invoice.

when is the best time for outdoor photoshoot?

The best preffered time for an outdoor photoshoot is just before the sunset, although it depends on the location and event timing as well. Normally we don’t recommend shooting in harsh sunlight or extremely low light conditions (dusk).

Will we get to review the album design before printing?

Yes we’ll send you the digital design of the album once before sending it for printing. You get one revision of the design, any revisions after that will be charged extra.

How long does it take to receive the final results?

You’ll get your professionally edited photos within 4-6 weeks off peak season and 6-8 weeks during peak season. However we try to provide you with a sneak peek after 48 hours of the event.

can we create a bespoke package?

Yes. Our standard packages are based on most demanded requirements, if you feel your event doesn’t fit in, reach out to us to get your custom package planned.

how much is your deposit and when is it due?

Your deposit will be stated on your quote. Normally it ranges from 30% – 50% of the total amount depending on how close is the event date. Your deposit is due as soon as you receive the quote and your booking will only be confirmed after you’ve paid the initial deposit.

can i request specific shots and poses during the session?

Yes we always encourage any suggestions or any preferred shots to be discussed during our planning session so we can make sure we have all the arrangements to capture those shots (subject to our photography style). 

what happens if we get late to our outdoor photoshoot?

We try our best to get the most out of the remaining time we have, but we cannot promise for the expected results as it is very much dependant on the natural light and location. We are sorry we won’t be able to carry on the photoshoot if you are too late to the photoshoot, however, we understand it is the most important day of your life and the most important event of the day, so we may offer another outdoor photoshoot out of courtesy (subject to availablity) but we cannot promise this.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of outdoor photoshoot?

Outdoor photoshoot is subject to weather conditions. If unfortunatley the outdoor photoshoot cannot happen due to weather, we might be able to reschedule another one out of courtesy but highly subject to availibility.
